When does the second wage tranche take effect in NCR?
Under Wage Order NCR-27, the second tranche of ₱25 (bringing the NCR non-agri minimum wage from ₱755 to ₱780/day) takes effect on 20 January 2027. The first tranche (₱755) was effective 25 July 2026, rising from the prior ₱695/day.
